Welcome to the Harry and Ike Elderhostel. This site provides students with a list of topics for research at the Truman and Eisenhower Presidential Libraries. Each participant should select one topic by using the appropriate hyperlink. Likewise you will find a recommended reading list, a bibliography of useful books of the 1940s and 1950s, alumni news, as well as a schedule of events, which the professors feel will be a very fruitful and worthwhile Elderhostel on October 5-10, 2003.
