Welcome to the Soviet Union Online. The course will cover the Soviet Union, but will emphasize Stalin and Stalinism, particularly Stalin's rise, the terror, the Great Patriotic War, the post-Stalin era, as well as Soviet espionage operations directed against the "main enemy." This page is designed for those enrolled in the class and provides information concerning  bibliographies and texts and other materials for the course.
